A pet violation fee of $2.00 per day will be assessed to the Lessee, for any pet detected on the premises, for failure to comply with the prior payment of the pet fee by the Lessee. Maximum pet limit is 3 with the exception of 4plex’s. Each 4plex unit only allows 1 pet. Service and support animals are the only exception to our pet policy. Our office staff can assist you if you have any further questions regarding pets.

Explanation of our Pet Policy

Safety is our top concern.  We must implement a pet policy that provides the utmost safety to our tenants.  We have devised this policy with that goal in mind.

In 2014, the number of dog bite related fatalities reached 42 in the U.S.  Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Mastiffs accounted for 83% of all dog bite related fatalities.  Texas led lethal dog attacks with 7 deaths with 3 of those resulting in felony charges. (Source: dogsbite.org)

JWC will take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of our tenants.

JWC also takes into consideration the amount of damage that particular large breeds can cause to a property.  We manage our rental properties for the owners of our properties and we must take precautions to prevent potential damage to floors, baseboards, drywall, doors, blinds, siding etc.
