We serve the needs of over 2,000 tenants and property owners each year with the majority of our customers being military. In addition, we provide Sales, and Leasing and Management on Commercial Properties in the Greater Fort Hood Area.

She has been working at JWC since 2011 and working in property management since 2005. She has also become a licensed realtor. She has two children that keep her very busy. Loa joined the JWC family in 2014 as a military retiree. He is an Iraq and Afgan veteran. After 24 years in the military, he brought his leadership skills to JWC and became our maintenance manager. He oversees all of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. Loa has made significant improvements within the company and has established himself as an indispensable asset.

Lanie was raised in Killeen. She has worked in different departments starting with inspecting and is now with maintenance. David was born in Louisiana but moved to the Fort Hood area in 1992 where is later graduated Shoemakler High School. David has a 10 year background in HVAC. His experience in HVAC provides great insight for our maintenance department when working with owners, tenants and vendors. He enjoys helping our tenants with all of their repair and maintenance needs. He recently passed the real estate exam to become a Realtor.

Rebecca was born in Indiana but raised in Killeen so she is familiar with the area. She attended Killeen High School and has been working for JWC since 2016 as a maintenance coordinator. She helps coordinate the completion of work orders between our owners, tenants and vendors. Her former work experience is in the moving industry for about 18 years. She is married to her wonderful husband and they are now host parents.

Bob is a graduate of Temple University, a Vietnam Veteran and a CPA. He has over 42 years of accounting experience with 15 years as a CPA. He has the experience and knowledge to explain the details about monthly reports to property owners. He is responsible for the transfer of funds to owner's accounts and for the refund of deposits to tenants. He is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and a local hall of fame bowler.

Maria is the lead accounting clerk in her department and maintains all accounting for several companies. She is a retiree from ARMY FINANCE CORPS with over 30 years experience in Finance and Customer Service. She is a veteran employee and has been with JWC since 2001 and she is familiar with all aspects of the company's operations. She is also an AIR FORCE mom and fluent in Portuguese.

She has 3 wonderful children with her loving husband that keep them busy. She is the "Team Mom" alongside her son and husband for the Copperas Cove Youth Football team , the Longhorns.

Tamara is an accounting clerk with JWC since 2010. She was born in Chicago but being a military child, got to experience moving to different cities and other countries which sparked her interest in different cultures. She landed in Killeen in 2001 and graduated from Ellison High School. Her passion is to obtain a Pharmacy Degree. Even though she left and came back on different occasions, Killeen is where she calls home.

Jim joined our accounting department in 2015. He is an Army brat who graduated from Killeen High School before attending Central Texas College. He received a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. In 1978, the state of Illinois granted him a CPA certificate. He served with the Army for 35 years. Among his many assignments, he served overseas in Germany, Kuwait and Iraq.

Kimberley joined our accounting department in 2016. She attended The Incarnate Word University in San Antonio for two years before acquiring her paralegal certification. Her experience includes former employment at TABC and Minter, Joseph & Thornhill. She also worked at HPI Real Estate Management in 2007, utilizing her previous Accounting & Legal skills and was submersed in Real Estate Management coaching.

James is a West Virginia native and combat veteran with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. He served as a jumpmaster and artilleryman for nine years before retiring as a Staff Sergeant. James is finishing his Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He Volunteers as a local youth wrestling coach, co-owns a non-profit that assists homeless veterans, and plans on sitting for the CPA exam in the near future.

In June of 2015, she came to JWC with an open mind set and has developed her skills working for us in the maintenance department, leasing and inspections. She loves being able to move around within the company. She is the mother of one. Her life outside of JWC consists of dance, girl scouts and her love - Roller Derby!

Gilbert was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. After serving 15 years in the Army with deployments to Haiti and Iraq, Gilbert brought his work ethic and leadership skills to JWC. He has established himself as a reliable inspector and does a fantastic job here. He is an excellent team player and always willing to lend out a helping hand. Unfortunately, he's a Dallas Cowboys fan.

Joaquin has been with JWC since 2008 after retiring from the Army after 20 years of service. He has become popular with our owners for his ability to perform his inspections with the best possible accuracy. His prompt communication and courtesy has earned him his sterling reputation as an outstanding property inspector. Joaquin also owns his own lawn mowing business that keeps him very busy.

Stefan is the son to a now Retired Command Sergeant Major (dad) and Staff Sergeant (mom). He graduated from Copperas Cove High in 2003 and is currently working towards a degree in Business Management, specializing in Real Estate at Central Texas College. Stefan has been with JWC since 2013 and is working as one of our lease renewal inspectors. He enjoys fishing, hiking & camping.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Admin in Accounting from UT Arlington. She worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young in Fort Worth working with clients such as Justin Industries and Scott & White Hospital. She obtained her Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
