Leasing Coordinator ManagerE-mail
Kisha has been with the company since 2009 and is a valuable asset to the team. She oversees the daily operations of the leasing coordinators to support our customer service, manage tenant lease agreements, and is a liaison between our tenants and owners. She is a proud mom of two children. She is also been known to be the office clown and loves to play pranks on her fellow coworkers.
Sonia Joined JWC in 2016 as a Leasing Coordinator. She has been a Killeen resident for 15 years. She has 13 years of customer service experience and loves meeting new people. Her positive attitude and outgoing personality has made her a favorite among our tenants. Her goal is to make finding a home easy, and stress free. Amber comes from Seattle and is a huge Seahawks fan. She has worked in customer service for 15 years and enjoys meeting new people. Amber was hired in June of 2017 as a leasing coordinator and is ready to help you and your family find a place to call home. Come see Amber today!
Jennifer is from Puerto Rico and is one of our leasing coordinators. She has been in the Killeen area since 2010 and has become familiar with military transition. She has more than 25 years of customer service experience and is bilingual in English and Spanish. She enjoys helping people and her smile and positive attitude will brighten your day! Miranda was not born a Texas native but proudly calls it her home. Her early years were spent moving across the country as the child of a Soldier so she is very familiar with relocating. She loves nature, and being in the outdoors whether it’s camping, hiking, or sitting out with her family on a Friday night. She was hired in April of 2017 as a property inspector, but has recently become a leasing coordinator.
Loa joined the JWC family in 2014 as a military retiree. He is an Iraq and Afghan veteran. After 24 years in the military, he brought his leadership skills to JWC and became our maintenance manager. He oversees all of the day to day operations of the maintenance department. Loa has made significant improvements within the company and has established himself as an indispensable asset.
Trey was born and raised in Texas. He is currently working in our maintenance department; primarily on the commercial side. His pastimes include rodeo, football and swimming. He has experience in all various aspects of the construction process, including building new homes. He loves to spend time riding horses, and working on his ranch. Trey's knowledge about the MCU is quite impressive.
Lanie has worked in different departments starting with inspecting and now with maintenance. She started working for JWC in July of 2011 and has since proven to be valuable to the company. Lanie has a great attitude and has become a favorite with our vendors. She knows many areas of the company and is ready to serve you for all of your rental, inspection and maintenance needs.
Michelle was an Army brat raised in Copperas Cove. She has been with JWC since 2013 working in the maintenance department. She is very familiar with the maintenance area of the company and is known in the office for her problem solving strategies. She is very knowledgeable with our repair process. DeAndrea joined our staff in August of 2013 and has been working as a maintenance coordinator ever since. She works closely with our vendors and helps to make sure our maintenance process works efficiently. She is very familiar with our work order process and our property management system. She has 3 beautiful children that she enjoys spending time with. She enjoys music and living life to the fullest.
Danny was born and raised in Cameron, Texas and graduated from C.H. Yoe High School. He came to Killeen in 2013 with his family to find new and better career opportunities. He is now one of our maintenance coordinators and serves our tenants with their repair and maintenance needs. He enjoys spending time with his family and likes to brag that he knows more about the MCU than Trey.
Angelica joined our company in April of 2019 and currently works as a maintenance coordinator. She serves our tenants by coordinating with our vendors to process work orders. She is an Air Force reservist and loves to spend her time with her son, listen to music, cooking and enjoying time with family and friends. Her unpopular opinion that Lebron is better than Jordan has caused quite a stir in our office.
Maria is the lead accounting clerk in her department and maintains all accounting for several companies. She is a retiree from ARMY FINANCE CORPS with over 30 years experience in Finance and Customer Service. She is a veteran employee and has been with JWC since 2001 and she is familiar with all aspects of the company's operations. She is also an AIR FORCE mom and fluent in Portuguese.
Maggie joined the JWC Accounting Department in 2012. She is a North Dakota native and served 5 years in the United States Army which brought her to Central Texas in 2006. She attended Texas A&M - Central Texas, where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting in 2010 and a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2011. She has 3 wonderful children with her loving husband that keep them busy.
Staci was born and raised in Belton and graduated from Belton High School. She later received two associate degrees while at Temple College and later acquired a Bachelors of Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Tarleton. Staci began working for JWC in June of 2012 as an accounting clerk. Accuracy, attention to detail, loyalty, and organization make her an asset to the company.
Tamara is an accounting clerk with JWC since 2010. She was born in Chicago but being a military child, got to experience moving to different cities and other countries which sparked her interest in different cultures. She landed in Killeen in 2001 and graduated from Ellison High School. Her passion is to obtain a Pharmacy Degree. Even though she left and came back on different occasions, Killeen is where she calls home.
Dianna joined the JWC Accounting team in February of 2019 and has since become a very proficient user of QuickBooks. As a military spouse, she earned her Bachelors of Accountancy from New Mexico State University in between several PCS moves. Her hobbies include cooking, baking, and traveling. Meticulous attention to detail, and information management skills make her a valuable addition to the JWC team.

Rebecca originally worked for JWC from 2016-2019 as a Maintenance Coordinator and returned in April 2020, currently in the Accounting Department. Her main duty is to ensure accurate entry of invoices for our vendors to be paid, and is getting her feet wet in accounting work. Raised in Killeen, Rebecca is a die hard Cowboys fan and amateur writer. She loves art and history, and hopes to one day publish the great American Novel!

Jess was raised in the Killeen area. She has an Associates degree in Science of Photography. In June of 2015, she came to JWC with an open mind set and has developed her skills working for us in the maintenance department, leasing and property evaluations. She loves being able to move around within the company. She is the mother of one. Her life outside of JWC consists of dance, girl scouts and her love - Roller Derby!
Gilbert was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. After serving 15 years in the Army with deployments to Haiti and Iraq, Gilbert brought his work ethic and leadership skills to JWC. He has established himself as a reliable property evaluator and does a fantastic job here. He is an excellent team player and always lending out a helping hand. Gilbert loves the Dallas Cowboys!
Sandra joined JWC in November of 2018 and currently serves as a property evaluator. She has 25 years of experience in customer service as a regional manager and food safety trainer for a food chain in the Central Texas area. She believes in a strong work ethic and a great attitude. She has a wonderful personality and we are proud to have her on our team. She enjoys spending time with her family and grand babies.
Nicole recently moved back to the Central Texas area in 2017 from Washington State. She joined the JWC team in late 2018 after spending 8 dedicated years with Cabela’s. Originally hired with JWC as the Floating Coordinator, she quickly planted her roots as a full-time Property Evaluator and enjoys the change of pace. She enjoys exploring Texas, being on the lake fishing, concerts and the culture that Texas has to offer.

Stefan is the son to a now Retired Command Sergeant Major (dad) and Staff Sergeant (mom). He graduated from Copperas Cove High in 2003 and is currently working towards a degree in Business Management, specializing in Real Estate at Central Texas College. Stefan has been with JWC since 2013 and is working as one of our lease renewal evaluators. He enjoys fishing, hiking & camping.
Trish is a true country girl who enjoys country living. She moved to the Killeen area in 2003, from Spicewood, Texas. She has eleven years experience in the moving field. She joined JWC in 2013 as a property evaluator. She is very dedicated to the JWC family. She is a proud mom of 3. Her hobbies are wood work, crafts, spending time with family and anything to do with outdoors. She prides herself on her strong work ethic.
John moved back to Killeen after retiring from the US Army in February 2017. He obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and a certification in Project Management from The University of Phoenix. He also has a certification in Marketing from Central Texas College. His favorite hobbies are baseball, football, and working out. John is an avid hunter, LSU fanatic, and loves being in the deer stand.
Keionna joined our team in 2020 and is currently working as an evaluator. She is from Alabama but moved to Copperas Cove where she attended school, played tennis and later graduated. Her hobbies include knitting, crocheting, painting and drawing. She also enjoys the outdoors and is always down for a game night. She is a self-proclaimed Monopoly champion. We are proud to have Keionna on our team!
Andrea is a shining star at JWC! She first joined out team as a filing clerk in 2014, and later returned to us as Mr. Wright’s Executive Assistant. She is bilingual and also assists in our Commercial, and Residential Sales division. Her strong dedication to JWC makes her a great asset to our business. She prides herself on being organized, and is always lighting up the office with her smile and positive attitude.

Clayton moved to the Belton area in 2004 and later graduated the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. He has worked in IT since 2005 and provides daily support for all IT operations. He has also been trained in marketing and is now the marketing manager. Clayton enjoys spending time with his family, overlanding, off-roading, camping, fishing, astronomy and nerdy things.

Suzanne joined JWC as Office Manager in 2008. She came to us with 17 years of banking and customer service experience. She enjoys working with the public and is a decisive team leader that creates an effective work atmosphere. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Admin in Accounting from UT Arlington. She worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young in Fort Worth working with clients such as Justin Industries and Scott & White Hospital. She obtained her Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
